Web Design
Client
Community Health Center of Snohomish County (CHC)
CHC had recently relaunched their website when I started in January 2024, however there were copy, grammar, and continuity errors that needed to be addressed. During my time as Communications Specialist, I also added new pages and features to the website.
This project included:
- Rewriting copy to align with organization voice
- Page-by-page grammar editing
- Design continuity
- Page development: Impact, Patient Portal, School-Based Health Center
Client
New Horizons
When I started at New Horizons, their website was experiencing multiple issues including 404 errors and their donation form was no longer functioning. They wanted a brand new website on a new server and web-host, so this site was a complete build from scratch. I was the sole designer and developer for this website.
This project included:
- Designing the layout, flow, and design of the site
- Creating headers and all images throughout the site
- Writing copy
- Using HTML and CSS
- Mobile optimization
Client
Flow Six Inc.
The first image in this series is the a screenshot of the client’s old website. The website was 2-dimensional, not interactive, and the only clickable links were their email and phone number at the top. They did have a blog, but the blog was not accessible.
This project included:
- Creating a logo for the header
- Rewriting copy for the main page
- Adjusting colors for visibility/readability
- Creating buttons for scheduling a test and a link to the Yelp page
- Editing and resizing photos for proper proportioning
- Creating a nav bar with links to the blog and contact page
- Creating a contact page
- Reformatting the blog
- Editing blog content for grammar
